Embrace fall and join us for a nature walk and Yoga practice at Pilgrim Heights on September 30th at 10am. We will have a quiet 30 minute stroll around the grounds of Pilgrim Heights with moments to pause in meditation and use breath work to destress. The nature walk will lead to an outdoor gentle yoga flow with an ending meditation. Dress comfortably and wear your walking shoes. Bring your yoga mat, blanket or towel to practice yoga on the grounds of Pilgrim Heights. The yoga session will be moved inside in the event of rain.
