Join me on September 5th, 12th & 19th from 6-7pm for yoga at Pilgrim Heights in Montour, Iowa. Check-In starts at 5:45pm. Bring your mat, blanket or towel for a yoga practice in the sunshine. The cost is the regular RBY drop in rate of $12.

The flow is intermediate to beginner friendly and you are welcome to bring anything else needed for your yoga practice. Ages 10 and up are welcome, a guardian is required for under 14. Sign up online is required, payment at sign up is optional or pay via cash, card or Venmo in person on the day of.
